- 3.333 cups Tofu
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Bok Choy
- Sesame seeds (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the tofu into sticks, drizzle with the sesame oil and two tablespoons of soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes.

Wash and clean the pak choi and remove the leaves. Blanch in boiling water with one tablespoon of soy sauce, then remove and place immediately into cold water. Drain well.
3.
Wrap the drained tofu sticks in 1-2 leaves of pak choi and place in a steamer. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the top and steam over boiling water for about 5 minutes.
4.
Garnish with sprinkled sesame seeds and serve.
