Preparation steps

1.

Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package directions.

Cut feta cheese into small cubes. Rinse basil and arugula, shake dry and roughly chop.

3.

Drain spaghetti. Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add spaghetti and toss until coated with oil. Add feta cheese, basil and arugula and season generously with pepper. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
