- 500 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 grams Feta
- 1 large bunch Basil
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation steps

Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.

Peel the garlic. Cube the feta cheese. Rinse basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Chop as small as desired.
3.
Drain the spaghetti. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Press the garlic through a garlic press and add to the pan. Add the basil and feta cheese, season with plenty of coarsely ground pepper. Add spaghetti and mix everything together. Serve immediately.
