3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
4 Tbsps Caper
60 grams Parmesan (grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Fry garlic in oil, add the shrimp and fry briefly, until done, 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat and add half of capers, the cheese and the parsley.

2.

Drain the spaghetti and mix with the Parmesan shrimp mixture. Arrange in preheated bowls and serve sprinkled with the remaining capers.
