- 2 Lettuce
- 60 grams Sardine (in own juices)
- 2 Tbsps Caper (from a jar)
- 12 shrimp (ready to cook, peeled down to the tail segment)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Sea salt
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- peppers
- olive oil (as needed)
Preparation steps

Rinse lettuce hearts, trim, and shake dry. Drain sardines and capers. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. In a skillet, heat oil, add crushed garlic, add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes until pink. Remove from the skillet and season with sea salt.

For the dressing, mix yogurt in a bowl with cream and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Arrange lettuce leaves, sardines, shrimp and capers on plates. Drizzle with the dressing and serve if desired with a few drops of olive oil. If desired, serve with a fresh baguette.
