2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
3 Tbsps black Olive paste (jarred)
1 bunch Basil
100 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, then rinse under cold water. Peel and quarter the tomatoes, then remove the seeds and finely dice. Heat the butter in a pan, and sauté the tomatoes. Remove the leaves from the thyme and finely chop. Add to the tomato mixture, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Mix in the olive paste and breadcrumbs, then simmer an additional 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta, and divide on plates. Top with the tomato sauce, garnish with basil and parmesan cheese, and serve.
