- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp ground paprika
- ½ lemon (juice)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse spare ribs, pat dry and place in a pot. Add boiling water to cover. Peel and halve an onion and a clove of garlic and add to water. Simmer about 30 minutes.
2.
Peel and finely dice the second onion. In a pan, fry onion in hot oil. Press garlic through a garlic press into the pan. Add broth and orange juice and bring to a boil. Cook until reduced. Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in ketchup, mustard, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in paprika, lemon juice and ginger. Season with salt, Tabasco and pepper.
