¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Crush the garlic with a little salt into a paste.

Add the garlic paste and the remaining ingredients to a pot. Bring to a boil, and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the sauce from the heat, cover, and let infuse overnight. 

3.

Serve this sauce with steaks or spare ribs.
