per 100 g of gem. hazelnuts and cane sugar
4 drops Butter Vanilla emulsion (can be found at a specialty baking store)
Ground cinnamon
2 Tbsps milk
50 grams sliced Hazelnuts

Preparation steps

1.

Combine the flour, baking powder and hazelnuts, make a well in the center, add 2 tablespoons cold water, the sugar, butter-vanilla emulsion and cinnamon to the well and sprinkle the chopped butter around the edges.

Brush the cookies with milk and sprinkle with sliced hazelnuts. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) (approximately 350°F) for 10 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheets before serving.
