- ⅔ cup hazelnut flour
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder

1 Baking sheet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Kitchen towel
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C/320°F with fan. Butter a springform pan and dust with flour. Cut the butter into small pieces and put into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar and cream with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs, salt, cinnamon and lemon zest. Peel and roughly mash two bananas and mix into the batter. Stir in the grated hazelnuts. Put the flour and baking powder into a small sieve and sift over the batter then mix in. Turn the batter into the prepared springform pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Then peel the last banana, slice lengthways and lay on top of the cake. Sprinkle with honey and bake for a further 20 minutes or so. Let cool in the pan, then remove from the pan and serve.
