Nutritional values
Cauliflower is extremely healthy, and the cabbage not only has a high vitamin C content, but also has glucosinolates, which are responsible for the typical cabbage aroma. These substances protect our cells from free radicals, which can cause illness and premature ageing.
A yogurt and mint sauce goes well with this. Simply mix yogurt with freshly chopped mint and season with salt and pepper.
