125 milliliters Whipped cream
6 Tbsps sunflower oil
6 Tbsps sherry
1 organic lemon
2 organic Oranges
1 tsp salt
2 tsps sweet ground paprika
1 generous pinch ground cinnamon
1 generous pinch ground cloves
2 centiliters Brandy
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Puree the currant jelly with the cream, the oil and the sherry until smooth. Zest the lemon and oranges and stir into the mixture.

2.

Juice the oranges and the lemon. Stir in and season with salt, pepper, cinnamon and cloves. Pour in the brandy and Worcestershire sauce and stir well.
