1 onion (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 red peppers (diced)
1 ⅔ cups le puy Lentils (rinsed and dried)
3 ½ cups vegetable stock
2 cups chopped Tomatoes
1 tsp Curry powder
1 Tbsp Chervil (chopped)
1 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Fry the onion and the garlic in the oil. Add the pepper and the lentils, fry for a few minutes and then add the stock.

Add the tomatoes, season with salt, ground black pepper and curry powder and simmer on a medium heat for around 20 min.

Stir in the chervil and the coriander, season to taste and serve.
