- 5 ½ cups Beets (finely grated)
- ¾ inch fresh Horseradish (finely grated)
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- sugar
- 3 Tbsps Canola oil
Preparation steps

In a bowl, thoroughly mix together the beetroot and horseradish with the lemon juice, a pinch of sugar and the oil.

Leave to marinate for around 15 minutes. Check the seasoning before serving.
