200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse the mint and cilantro, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Rinse and trim the chili. Cut in half, and coarsely chop. Puree the herbs, garlic, and 100 g (approximately 3 1/2 ounces) of the yogurt. Mix in the remaining yogurt, season to taste with salt and lemon juice, and stir to combine.

Serve with papadam, if you'd like.
