Nutritional values
Carrots are full of beta-carotene, which fulfils many important tasks in the body. Anyone who drinks alcohol regularly, has high cholesterol, or digestion problems needs beta-carotene a lot, because the body absorbs the vitamin less effectively. With this delicious low-calorie cocktail, it is so easy to get your full serving of beta-carotene!
Stir a few drops of cold-pressed vegetable oil (e.g. walnut or rapeseed oil) into the drink: fat facilitates the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A and its precursors.
