Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chili, halve lengthwise, and finely dice. Peel the garlic and pass through a press into a small bowl. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the scallions. 

2.

Finely dice the pineapple. Mix the pineapple, scallions, chili, parsley, sugar, both oils, and the lime juice with the garlic. Season to taste with salt.
