- 4 cups Bean sprout
- 2 cups Calamari (cleaned and sliced into small pieces)
- 16 cooked Prawn (skinned)
- 13 ozs thai-style Noodles
- 3 scallions
- 1 Chili powder
- 3 Tbsps Nut oil
- 3 Tbsps light soy sauce
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the noodles as per the packet instructions, Drain and reserve.

Wash and trim the spring onions then cut into small pieces.

In a wok heat the oil until its spitting, then add the prawns, calamari pieces, spring onions, bean sprouts and pinch of chilli powder. Cook for 5 minutes stirring regularly to ensure even cooking.
4.
Add the soy sauce, cover and allow to cook for a further 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
5.
Add the noodles and stir fry for a further 3-5 minutes. Season and then serve into individual bowls.
