3 Tbsps olive oil
1 large onion (sliced)
½ can tan Beans (200 g)
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
1 can peeled Tomatoes (400 g)
400 grams Tomatoes
1 tsp spicy ground paprika
salt
black peppers
1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
500 milliliters Beef broth
Tabasco sauce (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion.

2.

Place the beans in a colander, and run under colander. Drain well.

3.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds then remove. Peel and quarter the tomatoes, then remove the core and julienne.

4.

Mix the tomato paste into the onions. Add the canned tomatoes to a bowl and mash with a potato masher. Add to the onion mixture with the cayenne and paprika. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

5.

Pour in the broth, then add the beans and sliced tomatoes. Slowly bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste and serve hot.
