1 Red chili pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 shallot
2 Tbsps olive oil
600 milliliters Broth

Preparation steps

Rinse tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into thin slices. Rinse the bell peppers, cut off tops, remove the seeds and white ribs and cut the bell peppers into thin rings. Rinse the chile pepper and also cut into rings. Peel the garlic and shallots. Chop garlic and shallots finely and cook in a pan with oil until translucent.

Add chile pepper and bell peppers, sauté briefly and add the tomatoes. Deglaze with the broth and simmer for 20-25 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, vinegar and a little sugar. Pour the soup into small bowls and serve immediately.
