- 600 grams baby Spinach
- ½ bunch Radish
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch Chervil
- 1 pc carrots
- 4 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsps Safflower oil
- herb salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Daisy (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Trim and rinse the spinach, remove the stalks and shake dry. If necessary, cut into strips.

Rinse, trim and slice the radishes.
3.
Peel the carrot and grate coarsely. Peel and chop the onion.
4.
Rinse the chervil, shake dry and pluck off the leaves.
5.
For the dressing, mix the apple cider vinegar with the safflower oil and season with pepper and herb salt.
Mix the dressing with the salad ingredients one by one, transfer to four plates and serve garnished with daisies.
