1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Mustard
1 red pepper (deseeded and finely chopped)
6 Chives (finely chopped)
2 large, cooked Chicken breasts (skin removed and flesh very finely chopped)
1 crisp Lettuce (washed and dried)
4 flour Tortillas
Baby spinach to garnish (optional)

Preparation steps

Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard and season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the chopped pepper, chives and chicken. Spread this mixture over the tortilla wraps, top with lettuce leaves and roll up tightly, securing with wooden skewers. Serve garnished with the spinach if desired.
