- 4 medium, starchy potatoes
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 Sweet corn cob
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 4 Steak (300 g each)
- 1 Tbsp Barbecue seasoning
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes well, pat dry and drizzle each with some oil. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 200ºC (approximately 400ºF) for 40 minutes.
Trim the corn cobs and cook in salted water for 20 minutes.

Peel the garlic. Mix the sour cream with lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and bbq spice.
Remove the corn cobs from the water, pat dry and brown on all sides in some butter.

Rinse the steaks and pat dry. Fry in hot butter for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Loosen the foil and slice open the potatoes. Pull apart slightly and spoon on some sour cream.
Serve with the corn cob and the steak.
