- 4 large, waxy potatoes (each at 150 grams)
- 4 Ribeye Steaks (cooked)
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 60 grams butter (in flakes)
- 6 Tbsps Sour cream
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Scrub the potatoes thoroughly, wrap in aluminum foil, and prick with a fork several times. Bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes.

Rinse the meat, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and cook on a hot grill on each side for 4-8 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 240°C (approximately 275°F) Open the aluminium foil and add the butter flakes, salt lightly and place back in the oven. Spread the remaining butter on the beef steak and arrange on warmed plates.
To serve: Place the potato in foil beside the beef steak. Cut the potato in half, press apart and serve drizzled with sour cream.
