4 Steak fillet (250 grams or approximately 2 oz each)
4 large potatoes
500 grams green Beans
butter
extra virgin olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp scallions

Preparation steps

Preheat the convection oven to 200°C (approximately 375°F). Wrap potatoes in foil and bake 40-50 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse and trim the beans, then blanch in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain well, then heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and coat the beans. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the steaks on an electric grill without oil on each side for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle each with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Remove the potatoes from the aluminum foil and cut open down the center. Serve the steaks on warmed plates with green beans and potatoes. Enjoy with a glass of red wine.
