4 Steak (each about 200 grams)
400 grams green Beans
250 grams Bacon (cut into small cubes)
3 garlic cloves (cut into large pieces)
olive oil
8 potatoes
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the green beans, trim and blanch in boiling salted water for about 8-10 minutes; drain. Cook the bacon in a pan, saute the garlic briefly and add the beans. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.

2.

Peel the potatoes, cut into quarters lengthwise and saute in plenty of oil over medium heat until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and drain on paper towels.

3.

Sear the steaks in 1-2 tablespoons of oil over high heat on both sides for about 3 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper. Slice and serve with the beans and potatoes on plates.
