- For the beef with baguette
- 4 Steak fillet (about 200 grams or 7 ounces)
- 1 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 fresh, red chili peppers
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- For the avocado sauce
- 2 ripe Avocados
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 chopped scallions
- 1 peeled and pressed garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps acid Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 generous pinches cayenne pepper
- For the steaks
- 2 Tbsps black peppers
- 1 Tbsp allspice
- 4 Sirloin steak (about 200 grams or 7 ounces)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
Preparation steps

For the avocado sauce: Cut avocados in half. Remove pits, peel and mash flesh. Stir in remaining ingredients and set aside.

For the steaks: Crust pepper and allspice and put on a plate. press steaks into spices and press well.

Grill steaks on each side for 3-6 minutes, depending on desired doneness. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and serve with avocado sauce.

For the beef with baguette: Peel and mince onion. Rinse chiles, remove seeds and mince. Combine onion, garlic, chile, lemon juice, parsley and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Grill steaks on each side for 3-6 minutes, depending on desired doneness. Season with salt and drizzle with sauce. Serve with baguette.
