1 Lime (juice)
1 Tbsp coarse Sea salt
1 tsp colorful peppercorns
2 tsps Coriander
8 pickled Grape leaves
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and sprinkle with the lime juice. Place the salt, peppercorns and coriander in a mortar, coarsely grind and sprinkle over the tuna, pressing to adhere. Pat the grape dry and place in a steamer basket. Fold the grape leaves partially over the tuna and steam over simmering water until just cooked, about 10 minutes.
