- 120 grams carrots
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 1 large paprika (red)
- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 Lime
- 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- salt

- 175 milliliters Coconut cream
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
Preparation steps

Peel carrot. Rinse and clean leek. Cut both into strips 5 cm (approximately 2 inches) long.

Rinse red pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut with leek and carrot into thin strips.

Rinse chicken breast fillets, pat dry and cut into strips.

Heat oil in a wok.

Fry meat on all sides, stirring.

Add ginger, turmeric and cayenne and continue to fry over medium heat.

Add carrot, coconut cream and broth and bring to a boil.

Stir in creme fraiche.
