1 tsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

For the stir fry, peel pineapple, cut into quarters, remove stalk and cut into pieces. Rinse star fruit, cut into slices and then cut into bite-size pieces. Peel kiwi, quarter and cut into slices. Peel orange with a sharp knife and cut into cubes.

Rinse persimmon, remove stalks and cut into cubes. Heat oil in a wok. Add prepared fruit pieces, fry while stirring, drizzle with honey, add almonds and stir. Arrange sir fried fruit on saucers and serve garnished with berries.
