- 250 grams Strawberries
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 centiliter Orange liqueur
- 1 Kiwi
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- powdered sugar
- 4 Limes
- mint
Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries, drain, hull and cut into slices. Toss with the powdered sugar, lemon juice and orange liqueur, cover and let macerate for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the kiwi and cut crosswise into thin slices. Whip the cream and sweeten to taste with the powdered sugar. Set a few strawberries slices aside for garnish. Distribute the remaining strawberries between 4 serving glasses or cups.
3.
Arrange the kiwi slices along the sides of the glasses and fill the center with whipped cream. Garnish with reserved strawberries, lemon slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
