2 ripe Avocados
2 ozs Lollo Bionda (or oak leaf lettuce)
1 ½ ozs roasted Shelled pistachio (3 TBSP.)
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps Orange juice
1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
salt
peppers
4 sprigs mint

Preparation steps

1.

Clean strawberries, wash and cut them into pieces. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, lift the flesh out of the skin with a spoon and cut into cubes. Place in a bowl with the strawberries.

Clean the lettuce, wash, spin dry and pluck a little smaller. Add to the strawberries and avocados with the pistachio nuts.

3.

For a dressing, mix oil, orange juice, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves. Sprinkle the salad with it and serve with the dressing.
