Nutritional values

These sweet strawberry-banana wraps with peanut butter are really something: Almonds and yogurt provide us with bone-strengthening calcium. In addition, almonds can lower elevated cholesterol levels due to the valuable unsaturated fatty acids and thus reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Minerals such as magnesium, zinc and copper make almonds a real brain food as well as a true helper for weak nerves. The strawberry shines with its content of folic acid, with which it supports cell division and also for an extra immune kick with vitamin C, reach gladly to the red berry!

To preserve the flavor and texture of the strawberry, it is best to wash the fruit in a bowl of fresh water. Then you can drain them on paper towels, as well as remove the green leaves and stalks.
An alternative vegan source of protein of the sweet strawberry-banana wraps with peanut butter can be prepared with coconut yogurt or a yogurt alternative made from soy. Of course, depending on your preference, you can also use walnuts, hazelnuts or other nut mush. Likewise, raspberries also taste wonderful in this wrap. If there are no berries in season, try a combination with apples and cinnamon.
