Strawberry Coconut Smoothie with Skyr

Nutritional values
Berries and banana are naturally sweet and thus satisfy the craving for real sugar bombs. Thanks to satiating fiber, oatmeal ensures stable blood sugar levels and prevents cravings. The proteins from skyr further enhance this effect. Probiotics from the Skyr and fiber from the cereals and berries promote a balanced intestinal flora. Great benefit: The good intestinal bacteria make us reach for healthier foods as if by magic. The menthol from mint is a natural appetite suppressant and curbs the desire to eat. In addition, the essential oil has a calming and refreshing effect.
If fresh strawberries are not in season, you can also prepare the dessert smoothie with the frozen variety. But be aware: sugar is often added to these fruits.

Preparation steps
Peel banana, cut into pieces and mix with half of the lime juice. Clean and wash strawberries, set aside 4 nice smaller ones; finely puree remaining strawberries in a blender.
Fill 4 smoothie glasses up to one-third with about 2⁄3 of the strawberry puree. Blend 7 ounces of Skyr, 3 ounces of coconut drink, oat flakes, and banana pieces with the remaining strawberry puree. Slowly and carefully pour the lighter mixture (from the outside in) on top of the pure strawberry puree.
Stir remaining skyr with remaining lime juice and coconut drink until smooth and pour into glass as a white layer. Cut the strawberries in half. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves. Garnish smoothies with 2 strawberry halves, coconut chips and mint each.
