- 3 large ripe Strawberries
- ½ Vanilla bean
- 2 ozs Cream cheese (13% fat)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Shelled pistachio

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Mini food processor (or immersion blender), 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Paper towel
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse strawberries and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into chunks and puree in a mini processor (or with an immersion blender).
2.
Halve vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
3.
Mix vanilla seeds with cream cheese, honey and strawberry puree in a bowl until smooth. Chop pistachios and sprinkle over spread before serving.
