Preparation steps

1.
Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Press through through a sieve to remove the seeds, then return the puree to the food processor.
2.
Gradually add the tofu, a little at a time and blend until incorporated. Add the agave syrup and process for 1-2 minutes until light and creamy.
3.
Spoon into serving bowls and chill for at least 1 hour until firm. Decorate with strawberries.
