4 small, skinless Chicken breasts
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 tsps dried Italian herbs
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
6 small vine Tomatoes (halved)
16 ozs Green beans (trimmed)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the grill to hot. Rub the chicken breasts with a couple of tablespoons of the oil and then season with the dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
2.
Arrange on a grilling tray and grill for 14 - 16 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden all over and cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a large saute pan set over a medium heat until hot. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until softened.
4.
Add the tomatoes and beans, cover with a lid, and cook for a further 3 minutes until they are tender. Season to taste.
5.
Remove the chicken from the grill when ready and leave to rest briefly before slicing and serving over the beans.
