2 Tbsps soy sauce

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Small plate, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wok (or large pan), 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Paper towel

Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Crumble dried chile pepper onto a small plate.
