- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small dried chili pepper
- 60 grams Green beans
- 8 sheets Romaine lettuce
- 2 Tbsps roasted Shelled peanut
- 200 grams very fresh Chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- 1 tsp Raw cane sugar
- 3 Tbsps Vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp Thai fish sauce
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps sweet Chili sauce

Preparation steps
Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Crumble dried chile pepper onto a small plate.
Trim, rinse and cut beans into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) pieces.
Rinse and spin dry lettuce leaves. Chop the peanuts coarsely.
Rinse chicken, pat dry and chop as finely as possible with a large knife.
Heat oil in a wok (or large pan) and cook garlic and chile over medium heat, stirring.
Add chicken and beans and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add sugar, vegetable broth, peanuts, fish sauce and soy sauce to wok and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Divide mixture among lettuce leaves and serve with chili sauce.
