500 grams large button Mushroom (trimmed)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 shallot
1 Tbsp clarified butter
200 grams Ground meat (mixed)
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps parsley
200 grams Raclette Cheese (in slices)

Preparation steps

1.

Trim mushrooms, carefully remove stems and finely chop stems.

2.

Drizzle mushroom caps with lemon juice.

3.

Peel shallots and chop finely. Melt butter in a saucepan, saute shallots until traslucent, add ground meat and chopped mushroom stems, fry while stirring until crumbly and season with salt, pepper and parsley.

4.

Fill mushroom caps with ground meat mixture and place in the raclette pan, cover with cheese and baked in the preheated raclette pan until cheese melts and starts to brown. Serve immediately.
