- 2 cups rolled oats (plus extra for sprinkling)
- 0.333 cup Shredded coconut
- ¾ cup rice Malt syrup (warmed)
- ⅛ cup melted Coconut oil
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a 20cm|8" square tin.
2.
Mix together all the ingredients until well blended.
3.
Press the mixture into the tin and smooth the top. Sprinkle with rolled oats.
4.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden. Cool completely in the tin, then cut into bars.
