4 sheets Nori seaweed
500 grams cooked Sushi rice
100 grams Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps Wasabi paste
4 Tortillas
1 Tbsp black Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the surimi into pieces. Divide nori sheets and lay on work surface, slightly overlapping. Mix sushi rice with 4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise and spread on the nori, leaving the edges uncovered. Spread the wasabi paste on one edge and place the surimi on top. Roll nori tightly and place with the seam side down on the work surface. Place tortillas slightly overlapping spread and spread with the remaining mayonnaise. Then put the nori rollson top and roll in the tortillas. Set on a plate seam-side down. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Cut with a sharp knife in to rolls, place on a platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
