- 1 Broccoli (500 grams)
- 200 grams Soy yogurt
- 2 Tbsps Almond milk
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 large Sweet potato (600 grams)
- Vegetable fat (for frying)
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
Preparation steps

For the dip, rinse the broccoli, divide into florets, remove the stalk and dice finely. Place into a steamer tray and insert it into a pot 2-3 cm high with water (approximately 1 inch). Cover and steam for about 10 minutes.
Process in a blender along with the soy yogurt and almond milk. Mix until creamy and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

For the potato chips, peel the sweet potatoes and cut on a mandolin into thin slices.
Heat the oil to 170°C (approximately 350ºF) and fry the sweet potato slices in portions until crispy. Drain on absorbent paper and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Serve with the broccoli dip.
