50 grams cedarwood Nut
2 Tbsps Agave syrup
1 pinch Ground cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
100 grams Soy yogurt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pears, quarter, core and cut the pears into small cubes.

Put 1 tsp oil in a hot pan and cook a tortilla while turning until golden brown. Keep warm and covered, cook the remaining tortillas in the same manner and also keep warm.

In a second pan heat the remaining oil and cook the pear cubes 2-3 minutes, stirring over medium heat. Stir in the raisins, cedar nuts and agave syrup and cook about 1 minute. Put 1/4 of the fruit mixture on each tortilla. Mix the cinnamon and vanilla sugar into the yogurt and dollop over the pear mixture. Roll the tortillas and serve.
