- 2 tsps ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 7 ozs button Mushroom
- 1 red onion
- ½ Pineapple
- 5 stalks cilantro
- 1 Tbsp brighter Sesame seeds

Preparation steps
Soak wooden skewers in water. Peel ginger and garlic and chop finely. Mix the soy sauce with maple syrup, rice vinegar, oil, ginger and garlic to a Teriyaki marinade.
Clean the mushrooms and halve them according to size. Peel onion and cut into large pieces. Cut pineapple into chunks that are the same size as the mushrooms. Put mushrooms alternating with pieces of onion and pineapple on 8 wooden skewers and let them marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Grill for 7-10 minutes on all sides. Place skewers on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro leaves.
