6 Tbsps Oyster sauce
80 milliliters Chili sauce
8 Tbsps lemon juice
4 Tbsps sesame oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chili peppers, remove the stalk, and finely dice with the seeds. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix the chili and the garlic, then add to a pot with the remaining ingredients.

Add 200 ml (approximately 7 ounces) of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Puree the sauce, then pour into prepared jars. Chill in the refrigerator. This sauce will last up to 3 weeks.
