- 100 grams Basmati rice
- 1 Papaya
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 300 grams fresh Pineapple
- 1 Mango
- 1 pc ginger
- 2 Tbsps Almond oil
- 2 organic Limes
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 1 small Dragon fruit
Preparation steps

Cook rice according to package directions in lightly salted water. Cook sliced chile pepper. Cut papaya in half, remove seeds and peel. Peel mango and remove core. Cut flesh of mango, papaya and pineapple into pieces.

Peel ginger. Heat almond oil, add ginger and sauté briefly. Zest 1 lime and juice 2 limes. Add lime zest, juice and sugar. Stir mixture with rice and let cool.
3.
Cut dragonfruit in half, spoon out pulp and puree with the remaining lime juice. Remove chile pepper and serve fruit over rice sprinkled with dragonfruit puree.
