Preparation steps

1.
Butter 4 slices of bread and put 3-4 slices of peppered turkey breast on each. Wash the lettuce and put one leaf on each slice of bread. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, spread a little on each lettuce leaf and cover with another lettuce leaf. Wash and slice the tomatoes and arrange on the sandwiches. Put the other slices of bread on top and serve secured with cocktail sticks.
