50 milliliters Whipped cream
80 grams grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation steps

In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Stir in cheese and season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan. Pour in eggs and cook, stirring constantly. Rinse and quarter tomatoes. Rinse sprouts.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Spread bread slices thinly with garlic butter and bake in oven until golden-brown, about 5 minutes. Divide scrambled eggs over toasts, top with tomatoes and sprouts, and cut toasts diagonally in half. Place on plates and serve.
