200 grams green, pitted Olives
125 grams cream cheese

10 slices toasted Ciabatta

1 Tbsp toasted Pine nuts
1 Tbsp green Olives

Preparation steps

1.

Toast pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant. Transfer to a plate and let cool. Rinse anchovies and pat dry. Coarsely chop olives. In a blender, combine pine nuts, olives, cheese, anchovies, parsley and basil. Puree.

2.

Season tapenade with salt and pepper. Spread toasted bread slices with tapenade and garnish with sliced olives, pine nuts and parsley.
