400 grams Silken tofu
100 grams Pear syrup
40 grams ground Hazelnuts
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 sour Apple
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Place the tofu in a bowl and stir until creamy with the pear syrup, hazelnuts and cocoa. Fill half of the tofu mixture into ovenproof bowls.

2.

Preheat the oven to broil.

3.

Peel the apples, quarter, core and cut the quarters into small pieces. Drizzle with the lemon juice. Place into the ovenproof bowls and distribute the remaining tofu mixture on top. Cook briefly in the oven until brown and serve.
